SOPHIA KUDJORDJI - SENIOR PUBLIC RELATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS EXPERT
Her journey began with an eight-year stint in journalism, starting at the Ghana News Agency and consulting for the Volta Region Community Water and Sanitation Agency. Her career transitioned into the corporate sector, where she contributed to the British High Commission, Accra, UT Group, and now the Jospong Group of Companies.
Sophia Kudjordji is a distinguished communications leader, celebrated for her significant contributions and multiple accolades in the field. As the Chief Corporate Communication Officer at the Jospong Group of Companies, she brings over three decades of expertise in media and communications.
MILLICENT AGBOKA
She is an entrepreneur and a co-founder of Project One Million. Her passion for humanity and helping people succeed drives her work as the co-founder of Project One Million, a community based non-profit organization dedicated to bridging opportunity and resource gap in education and ensuring menstrual equity. As a longtime fashion and beauty lover, she currently manages her own beauty supply business.
Millicent Agboka is a Fellow of the Association of Certified Chartered Accountants ACCA with over 25 years work experience in various disciplines in the financial industry specializing in International Trade, Payroll Administration, Treasury Management, Internal Auditing, Financial and Management Reporting.
DR. IRENE ADORKOR WULFF - CHIEF OF ANESTHESIA, CEO OF FOCOS HOSPITAL
A product of Achimota School in Accra, Ghana, Dr. Wulff graduated from the University of Ghana Medical School in 1997. She obtained a diploma in anesthesia in 2001 and completed her residency at the Korle-bu Teaching Hospital (KBTH), earning fellowship status with the West African College of Surgeons (WACS) in 2006.
With over fifteen years of unparalleled expertise in the field of anesthesia, Dr. Irene Adorkor Wulff is a seasoned specialist and a trailblazer in her domain. As the Chief of Anesthesia at FOCOS she brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to our esteemed institution.
SHIKA ACOLATSE - COUNTRY DIRECTOR OF ENABLIS GHANA
She has experience with SMEs and linking them to mentors and business angels as well as to financial service providers (traditional banks, financial institutions, fintechs). She has won several awards for assisting emerging entrepreneurs to identify and develop business ideas into profitable businesses.
Shika has also served as resource person for various entrepreneurship development programs including specialized programs for women and young Entrepreneurs.
Shika has over 20 years varied and rich experience in: - entrepreneurship, Micro/Small/Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) development, training and management gained in Ghana and Tanzania. In these roles, Shika has assisted emerging entrepreneurs to identify and develop business ideas into profitable businesses, providing them with technical assistance for access to business finance.
GIFTY PETRA BOAHENE
With her zeal for success, Gifty, has over the years led her team to major achievements with various Multi Nationals and Large Corporate and Public institutions across all sections of the business world in several verticals like Finance, education, mining, oil and gas, judiciary, government, non-government and international institutions.
Gifty Petra Boahene is the founder and the Chief Executive Officer of Fairgreen Limited, a leading IT company in Ghana for over twenty-five years and in recent years’, other African countries. Fairgreen Limited is a name she has built with hard work and integrity.
KWESI AMOAFO-YEBOAH
Since 1986, he has founded and managed various companies in financial services, telecommunications, and equities management. Currently serving as chairman of i-zone limited, bluecloud networks limited, dodo technologies limited and gudu studios limited, he also holds the position of vice chairman at achimota golf club.
In 2008, mr. Amoafo-yeboah ran for the presidency of ghana, focusing on job and opportunity creation. He served as chairman of the ghana venture capital trust fund from 2013 to 2017.
Mr. Kwesi Amoafo-Yeboah, holding a bs degree in engineering and petro-physics from san francisco state university, usa, began his career as an electronic design engineer at fisher-berkeley corporation and later joined schlumberger technology corporation.
MR. DALE MITCHELL
With a Bachelor degree from Miami University of Ohio and an MBA from Franklin University in Columbus, Ohio, his specialties include strategic planning, start-ups and turnarounds, lean implementation, and project planning and analysis. Dale also acts as a mentor to local small business owners and Leadership Program graduates in Ghana.
Dale Mitchell has 40+ years of success in manufacturing, distribution, transportation,
logistics, and consulting work to deliver turnaround performance and changing company cultures.
His 13+ years of experience in Ghana and West Africa revealed his ability to work within and
across diverse cultures, in the fields of manufacturing, construction and development including sustainable design, and green/renewable technologies.
NHYIRABA YAW SOMPA OKYERE
Yaw is an Actuarial Science graduate with a Risk Management, Finance and Information Security masters. Yaw has a career spanning across several universal banks in Ghana. He has the unique ability and diversity to provide clients with commercially sound legal advice.
Yaw has a deep understanding of the business landscape in Ghana. His experiences include setting up Enterprise Risk and Regulatory Frameworks in three universal banks in Ghana.
Nhyiraba Yaw Sompa Okyere is a lawyer, enterprise risk professional, information security master and an author of two books. Yaw has extensive experience as a Finance, Sustainability and Governance lawyer in Ghana. Yaw has about fifteen years’ experience as an Enterprise Risk Management expert and a Finance and Regulatory Compliance practitioner.
BRIGITTE DZOGBENUKU
Brigitte Dzogbenuku is the Founder/Executive Director of Mentoring Women Ghana (MWG), an organisation borne from her belief that women in leadership makes economic and developmental sense.
MWG runs programs that inspire and empower young women and girls into leadership and into making a difference in their communities, Mentoring Women is the Ghanaian Flagbearer for Vital Voice’s annual Global Mentoring Walk – an annual program that establishes strong bonds and mentoring relationships between emerging young ladies and accomplished experienced women. She is an alumna of Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana Stock Exchange, University of Ghana Business School, China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), Harvard Kennedy School, and Walden University (USA).
AKORFA AHIAFOR (DR. MRS. FCIB) has a diverse background in research, banking and microfinance, entrepreneurship, training and capacity development, farming, and Agribusiness.
MR RICHARD OBENG OKRAH
Prior to that, he worked 27 years with VRA, serving in various capacities to the highest position of deputy chief executive in charge of resources and services.
Mr Richard Obeng Okrah has served as a non - Executive Director on the board of VRA since October 2017. Mr Richard Okrah has professional training in Human Resource Management, public procurement and Electricity sector reform/ restructuring. He holds a certificate in Reform of electricity sector awarded by Adam Smith Institute, Purley, UK and a Graduate diploma in Executive Management from Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is the current President of the chartered institute of supply chain Management of Ghana (CISCM). He was the manging Director of intravenous infusions Ltd from 2001 to 2016.
ABENAA KESSEWAA BROWN
She has worked with banking industry Standard Chartered Banking where she worked as the Head of Customer Support (Operations) for Shared Service Centre serving 6 countries West Africa. She transitioned to Organizational Learning in 2006 supporting Talent & Development agenda through Leadership Facilitation and coaching (West Africa & Americas regions) until 2015.
She also worked in the Internal Audit & Relationship Management at Cal Merchant Bank now Cal Bank from 1995 -1998. Prior to her experience in Ghana, she worked as a Revenue Agent (Audit) with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) (USA) and as a Systems Accountant for Department of Energy (USA).
She is a Gallup Strengths Coach and has a Certification in Emotional Intelligence. She completed the International Gestalt Organization and Leadership Development I-Gold Program. In 2022, she led Aya Institute in its work readiness program partnership with GIZ.
As a fellow in Institute of Directors, she has a passion for good governance.
Abenaa Kessewaa Brown is currently an independent consultant supporting and facilitating teams for peak performance. She was the former Principal of the National Banking College and a Member of its Governing Council. She is a professional with over thirty (30) years of work experience in Finance, Technology and People Strategies. She holds an MBA from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS), Ghana Campus and a BA in Accounting from Langston University, USA. She is a Certified Public Accountant (USA), now a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants Ghana (ICAG).

NELSON KORSHI DA SEGLAH
Nelson Was Head Of Technology Of UT Bank For 10 Years, Leading The Bank’s Technology Strategy Development And Implementation From Unique Trust Financial Services Through Growth, Expansions Into Other Industries Including Insurance, Real Estates And Logistics And Haulage.
He Was Also A Member Of The Teams That Established UT In Nigeria, Germany And South Africa. He Was The Lead Technology Architect Through The Acquisition And Merger Of BPI Bank And UT Financial Services To Form UT Bank. Nelson’s Core Responsibility Was To Ensure That Technology Strategy, Systems And Processes Were In Alignment With The Business Strategy, Values And Culture Of The Institution.
He Led The Migration Of The Various Legacy Systems Of The 2 Merging Entities Onto A Single Temenos T24 Banking Platform. Under His Leadership, Nelson Established The E-Business Of The Bank And Electronic Products Including Internet And Mobile Banking, Atms And Card Products Including Visa.
He Also Established The First EMV Card Personalization Plant In Ghana. These Successes Led To UT Bank Being Recognized As The Best Bank IT/E-Business In 2011. Nelson Is Also The Brain Behind Innovations Like The UT Bank Bank-On-Wheels And BankOn-Feet. Prior To Joining UT, Nelson Worked With Unilever Ghana Limited As Manager IT Applications Development. While At That Role, He Successfully Automated Various Processes Including The Trade Distribution Module (ULTRA), The Time And Attendance And Payroll System. Within The 27months Of His Work In Unilever, Nelson Was Awarded The Most Enterprising Culture Award For 2003. In 2004, Won The Unilever IT Gold Award For The Best IT Project Globally (Interspec).

KOFI AWUAH
Prior to joining Deloitte, Kofi worked was a Senior Manager at EY Ghana, where he oversaw the risk advisory business. He was also a seasoned bank with one of the leading banks in Nigeria within the Risk management function and Mortgage and Leasing Department respectively.
Kofi has led numerous trainings and development programs for board and senior management of clients within West Africa and is regarded as a ‘go-to person’ for corporate governance and risk management matters. He has passion for solving complex problems and mentoring young people to achieve their career objectives. He loves music, cooking, playing golf and volunteering.
Kojo is a Partner in Risk Advisory Services in Deloitte Ghana with over 15 years of experience Enterprise risk management, internal controls review, corporate governance, board matters, internal auditing, stems audit review, institutional capacity building, development and implementation of frameworks in accordance with international best practices. He has a wealth of experience serving clients in the financial services industry, telecommunication, oil and gas, public sector amongst others.

In addition to her corporate roles, Mary has served on several Boards, leveraging her deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and corporate governance best practices. She is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Directors, reflecting her commitment to professional excellence and ethical leadership. Furthermore, Mary's legal background has been instrumental in her advisory role, particularly in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, Board Constitution, and governance issues related to capital raising.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Mary is admired for her energy and joie de vivre. She effortlessly interacts with people from all walks of life, readily listening and advising, serving as a strong shoulder to lean on. As a result, she possesses keen judgment of character. Her tact and diplomacy enable her to navigate complex situations with empathy and understanding.
Mary delights in dancing and enjoys a wide variety of music genres. She is also renowned for her panache and great fashion sense.
