STARTING LEADERSHIP EARLY
Helping young people develop the mindset and values to lead before they leave school.
SHS Leadership Outreach
The SHS Leadership Outreach Programme takes leadership education to senior high schools across Ghana.
Through school visits, leadership sessions, conversations and experiential activities, students are encouraged to think about purpose, responsibility, character and the kind of leader they want to become.
PK Teen Leaders Clubs
The PK Teen Leaders Clubs create a sustained leadership environment within schools.
The clubs give students a platform to practise leadership, work together, take responsibility and develop a culture of service.
Our 2029 Goal
65 PK Teen Leaders Clubs and 130,000 students reached annually.
What Next After SHS?

Through our What Next After SHS? activities, we help students explore the possibilities ahead—including higher education, careers, entrepreneurship and purposeful leadership.
